Offices for Saints Zossima and Savatij, as well as their hagiography. Leaf 1a, table of contents with seventy-two titles. Four authors identified: Spiridon (leaves 116a-173b), Dositej (leaves 173v-179a), Vassian (leaves 179a-248b) and Phillip (leaves 249a-346a). Pagination was added in 1981. Several leaves are badly damaged due to moisture, and the text on these leaves is barely legible. On leaf IIa, there is an inscription in cursive, "this book belongs to Vasilii︠e︡ Boinova #27".
